At Albaray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Albaray garment tags are still attached and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
